Rachel, who has been working for CPH for only a year, enjoys the fast-paced environment and shared vision she has with her company.

  1. Why did you choose, and how long have you worked with CPH?
    After interviewing at CPH just more than a year ago, I knew right away that the work environment was a great fit for me. As someone who likes staying busy with multiple projects throughout the day, I immediately appreciated the company’s unmatched dedication to efficiency and customer service.
  2. What is your role at CPH?
    I am a licensed agent and customer service representative. Recently, I also started assisting with marketing projects, including advertising and involvement with our various social media platforms. On a daily basis, my primary focuses are assisting our insureds with questions about policies and underwriting applications for group practices and corporations.
  3. Why would customers need to interact with you?
    I assist customers both on the phone and through email by answering questions about their coverage and responding to requests for changes. I am responsible for underwriting group policies, so I’m also able to answer questions regarding these policies.
  4. How would you describe the company culture?
    I believe that aligning with the core values of a company is a key part of finding an enjoyable work environment. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of our business and the shared vision of making the process of purchasing coverage efficient and uncomplicated, which we accomplish by assisting our insureds in every way possible. We provide many resources to our customers, in order to make sure that they have the insurance that is most appropriate for their specific work. This commitment to client-centered customer service at CPH creates a personal feel in the office, which just doesn’t happen often at big companies.

The company culture, including the people who I work with and the clients who we serve, makes CPH a wonderful workplace. It’s great to be a part of company where everyone is so committed to the same goal of providing the best service possible. Even with a high volume of business, we all believe that it’s crucial to create a positive experience for each of our insureds by working as a team to ensure that this happens.
