As a result of this acquisition, CPH and Associates will no longer offer you insurance coverage through Everest National Insurance Company or Everest Reinsurance Company. Instead, CPH will begin offering insurance coverage through Philadelphia Insurance Companies, rated A + (superior) by AM Best for financial stability. This coverage is available in all 50 states and offers more coverages and benefits at extremely competitive rates. Some of the new exciting benefits CPH & Associates offers will include:

• Real Time online applications (for non-corporate policies) – Pay with a Visa or MasterCard online and you’ll get your proof of coverage on the confirmation page of the application. You’ll also receive a 5% discount just for doing the application online.

• Increased State Licensing Board Coverage – You’ll automatically get $35,000 (up from $5,000), and have the option to purchase increased limits up to $100,000

As is required per state insurance regulations, a formal Notice of Non-Renewal will be sent approximately 60-90 days prior to your current policy expiration date terminating your coverage with Everest National Insurance Company or Everest Reinsurance Company. You will also receive an application for coverage through CPH and Associates, and instructions for how to use their easy online application
