At CPH and Associates, we know we’re only as good as the people we have standing behind us who work diligently to bring our customers the best experience possible. This month, we’d like to highlight Rachel Warners, our Office Manager and Customer Service Supervisor in the Chicago office. She oversees the underwriting and administration of all policies and endorsements, and also assists with customer phone calls as needed.
Why did you choose, and how long have you worked with CPH?
I’ve been working with CPH for almost 3 years, and couldn’t be more pleased to be working for such a wonderful company.
