This month we would like to highlight Andrew Radlowski in this employee spotlight. Andrew is a licensed agent who works with our clients to get the policy that best fits their situation, while also handling customer service for our clients. Andrew is the first person of contact most of our clients talk to when they call or email with questions, concerns or if they need to file a claim.
Why did you choose, and how long have you worked with CPH?
I started working at CPH & Associates in 2006 mainly because of the work environment. It seemed to me like an interesting line of work at a company that had more of a family feel to it than other companies.
What is your role at CPH?
I am a licensed agent that specializes in customer service primarily concerning incoming phone calls and email communication.
Why would customers need to interact with you?
I am often the first person CPH clients will speak with when calling into our office. I’m also responsible for responding to email requests that come in through our website or to the main CPH email: email@example.com.
How would you describe the company culture?
CPH & Associates has a unique work environment. The core value being that we say we approach everything with the CPH Way, or with integrity. I believe the reason we are able to provide our many clients with one of a kind customer service in this industry is due to our focus on this principle.
What do you like most about working for CPH?
I like the people I work with at CPH, both my co-workers and those that we insure. I enjoy my position at the company because I have the opportunity to communicate directly with our insured’s on a one-to-one basis.
